It’s here, and it’s HUGE. Lexus has rocked the market by revamping its largest sedan, transforming it into a cool and mean sporty sedan, the Lexus LS 500.

This new beast has PERFORMANCE written all over it, with a new 415 horsepower, twin-turbocharged V6 engine and a 10-speed automatic transmission! Peak torque is at 442 pound-feet, which will make the LS 500 launch to 60 mph in just about 4.5 seconds.

What holds this new mean sedan engine?

Basically it’s the same global luxury car architecture we already know, similar to the LC 500 sports coupe. Lexus says the rear-wheel drive platform instills more PERFORMANCE and agility in this sedan, than ever before.

As you can see in the video, the car’s front end is pure Lexus. The LS 500 will also be available with an optional 24-inch color head-up display – which according to Lexus – is the largest in the world!

Prices have not yet been announced, but it’s been said that the 2018 Lexus LS 500 will go on sale in the U.S towards the end of 2017.
