The new Lamborghini Aventador SV is scary fast.

It’s so fast, that this new SuperVeloce just put down a lightning fast Nurburgring lap that is just two seconds slower than the Porsche 918 Spyder – and we have the video to prove it.

The new ‘SV’ is Lamborghini’s race-inspired Aventador model. Although still an objectively expensive car, it is a relative bargain when compared to the likes of the LaFerrari, McLaren P1 or Porsche 918.

Lamborghini appears to have a serious contender on their hands, and we can’t wait to see more performance numbers.
