Similar to the E63 S sedan, the 2018 E63 S wagon takes its 603 Horsepower from a 4.0-liter V-8 with a pair of turbochargers and 627 axle-twisting pound-feet of torque. This awesome power flows  through Mercedes’ AMG Speedshift MCT 9-speed automatic transmission to all four.

So what can this monster wagon deliver? A massive 0 to 60 mph time of 3.4 seconds! It’s top speed is limited to 180 mph, but heck – it’s a wagon!

The E63 S wagon has five drive modes: Comfort, Sport, Sport+, Race, and Individual. These modes control the responses of the engine, transmission, suspension, steering, stability control, and all-wheel-drive system. This wagon has an M mode as well, for manual shifting through steering wheel paddles. The brand’s Drive Pilot semi-autonomous driving technology is also standard.

The rear axle has been redesigned to handle the power and improved dynamics of the wagon, and there are plenty of perks underneath. The steering is electromechanical. The brakes are internally ventilated and perforated 15.4-inch rotors up up front, and 14.2-inch rotors in the rear. Carbon composite brakes with 15.8-inch front rotors will be optional.

If you think you’re looking at a jet wing – then you’re right. The front bumper design of the E63 S wagon was actually inspired by a jet wing, while the front end is marked by a large front splitter.

Inside the monster wagon, we find sport seats at the front, Nappa leather trim on the dashboard and beltlines, and a wonderful AMG Performance steering wheel covered in black Nappa leather with a gray 12 o’clock marker. COOL !

What about storage? The E63 S wagon has 35 cubic feet of storage space with the rear seats up. If you require more – the rear seat can be moved 10 degrees further upright to add a bit more storage space.

So how much will this fabulous wagon cost? Prices haven’t been announced yet, but we’re probably looking at more than $100,000.
