148 MPH in the half-mile is impressive, but not necessarily surprising considering the 526-HP, 5.2L Flat Plane Crank Motor in the new Shelby GT350. It is interesting to see a car that is designed for the twisties hit the flat straights and run up to top speed, and it really shows how balanced this new GT350 is, and what an all-around performer it is.
